Central location, excellent breakfast, free internet, friendly staff
Basic furniture equipment is missing (no chair, no table, no cabinets), very small rooms, no shelf in the bathroom to put toothbrush or razor!

the hotel was nicely decorated , Clean, good sized bed and bath rooms , close to every thing ,but again Brussels is a small sized city.
in the standerd room there was no kettle or small fridge . I think it would be perfect if they had them

The hotel exudes a unique historical ambiance with artistic outdoor spaces that make for a charming environment. The small swimming pool tucked away provides a good spot to unwind, surrounded by garden terrace areas.
The double rooms are cramped. The lack of air conditioning turned the room into an uncomfortable sauna during warmer days, further exacerbated by a noticeable musty odor. Noise travels through the thin walls, amplifying disturbances from neighboring rooms and the corridor, disrupting sleep. Several amenities one would expect, like a fridge or complimentary coffee/tea, were missing, which seemed like a letdown given the prices charged.

We really like the location it is very close to the center... The design of the Room is really nice. The receptions are friendly and helping... Very quite...
- the room doesn't have garbagge basket .. - we were at the 3rd floor and it makes a noice when we walk inside the room and we were worried for the room just below us on the 2nd floor....

The staff was very helpful and friendly. They were so very very kind and patient with a foreign visitor. The room far exceeded my expectations, in fact, I extended my stay by a day because of the hotel. The location made it easy to walk around downtown and see the sights and was within walking distance of the train station. The breakfast provided was extensive, fresh, varied, and delicious. All in all, the hotel became my home away from home and it was difficult to leave. I have already recommended it to many friends.

Clean well decorated room with an attractive bordello theme. Big comfortable double bed and good ensuite facilities. Free wi fi. Good continental breakfast with several options. Unlike many budget Bxl hotels, has its own bar/ restaurant.
Lack of storage space in room. No wardrobe , no drawers. Coat hangers attached to walls just OK for a short stay, but not for more than one person. Poor TV reception on most channels.

We loved the lovely breakfast spread with fried eggs, pancakes, and good pastries. The front desk staff, especially Cecile and Ran, were always eager to assist.
